when ever i try to connnect to my site's ftp i get Failed to retrieve directory listing

im on lotus and my cpanel is blank again lol

i am also on lotus. my cpanel is also blank but filezilla is working. You may try reinstalling filezilla. If problem not solve submit suppot ticket Here

I'm getting a similar problem, and I'm posting what I see in case it's useful. I get this error every time I try to create any directory and upload any file to the /public_html folder.

im lost lol

maby this is all due to the update on the server

edit: i search the error in google and this might help but it didnt work for me

* Open Filezilla, go to Edit -> Settings
* Click on Connection -> FTP: Choose Active
* Click on Connection -> FTP -> Active Mode: Select "Ask your operating system for the external IP address"
* Click on Connection -> FTP -> Passive Mode: Choose Fall Back to Active Mode
* Press OK.
