    Website Returns HTTP 400: Bad Request

    I also can't log into my account, but I can still log into forums/support area.

    I'm pretty sure this means my account was deleted, but it's been four days since I opened my support ticket asking about it, and no one has gotten back to me yet. Anyone know if they're backed up right now? Usually I mark my tickets "High" when a suspension doesn't go through, or my website got randomly suspended, but in thsi case I marked it "Critical" since my website's not there...

    Anyway, has this happened to anyone? Is it possible for X10hosting to recover the data for you, in exchange for upgrading to paid hosting? Somewhere I read they do backups, but it's meant for system restores. I learned my lesson, I'll do regular backups from now on :laugh:

    Why do you think your site got deleted? Is it because you left it more than 2 weeks to log into the forums as required, & then more than another 10 days after that to request an unsuspension?

    If not, your account shouldn't have been intentionally deleted, & it may just be missing due to one of the many server transfer issues.

    Have you checked that your ticket is still open? They all got closed a few days ago.

    See my standard footnote, below ;

    Sorry to post the following here if it doesn't help you, but a lot of people haven't spotted the lastest important News posts yet ;

    These may answer some of your questions.

    Regularly check the News & Service Alerts sections for more Updates like those.

    Please Note
    : The staff are getting flooded with Support tickets during the server upgrade work, which is being done to provide for x10's long-term future.
    • Read the forum for help & avoid submitting a ticket unless you really have to.
    • Please be patient & wait - they will get to you eventually. Don't "bump" your Support ticket, because that will put it to the back of the queue again.
    • Corey has warned that people submitting frivolous, rude or multiple tickets may get banned from the Support system.
    • Unfortunately, because of the ticket spamming, there has been need in the past to close all tickets - both the frivolous and the important ones. Therefore it is important to regularly check the status of your ticket, & if necessary re-open it if it gets closed.

    Remember that this is a free service, supported by an active & unpaid community of staff & other x10 members (myself being one of them!)
