hi, my site www.escocolumbo.org has been down for two weeks now. i've emailed administrators on here and sent in tickets but no one has replied

i want to shut my account so i can reopen it as it seems my files have been lost during the change in servers

can someone please assist in what to do, and/or who to contact

i've been immobilised for 2 weeks now, and really want to get things started again. the server transfer happened a week after i joined so i haven't lost anything but my template
