If you're still interested in the frames thing, look here: http://www.w3schools.com/HTML/html_frames.asp
I think you want something like this:
Of course replace yahoo.com with the URL of your blog.Code:<html> <frameset> <frame src="http://www.yahoo.com"> <noframes> <body>Uh oh - your browser doesn't support frames. Click <a href="http://www.yahoo.com">here</a> to go to the blog.</body> </noframes> </frameset> </html>

Ok, what you all meant here is for wordpress right? So, how about having your blog hosted by blogspot, since it couldn't be installed or something I guess I have to create a page that would point it to blogspot or insert it withright? Or, are there any other ways of linking or pointing it to blogspot? Thanks.Code:<a href=""></a>
See http://tinyurl.com/navqz9 to install wordpress.. It is much better..
