Starcraft is very popular in South Korea according to NHK world and they have the right to set the price of their wish, which they deserve too if game is so popular.Well I never played it, so I can't say it is overpriced or not but it is the company's right to decide the price and consumer's right to buy it or not.

Companies can price it at what ever price point they feel they need to recover production and loss costs. they are probably trying to squeeze as much as they can out of it. they know the pirates are gonna have it out as pirate ware before it even makes it to the stores.
