I'm going to have a lan-party with my friends, but we're still discussing about the games,
does anybody know a good game, witch is, of course, possible to play on lan?

the type doesn't matter (strategy, shooter, race...)

Lots of games are possible to play on lan. Try games like Call of Duty, CS : Source, TF2, and many more FPS.
ALso you also play games like warhammer 40k...warcraft 3, starcraft 2....those are ones i have played over lan.

Can do up to 4 players either networked or on the same machine. Two on one keyboard is entirely possible, good luck getting 4 on a kb......

Recommended just for the graphics lol

hello everybody,
first of all, thanks for the great tips,
I also had made a smal list with some games we could play,
but the funniest part is, we've only played two games, during several hours xd
Batlefield 2(shooter) and Empire Earth II(more tactical war game)

if somebody still knows another great LAN-game, let me know ;)

I really do recommend Arcade Volleyball, though. It looks crap, but it's just simple fun.

Counter-Strike and Halo: Combat Evolved. Classic PC Games that were popular amongst LAN Parties. If you have copies of Starcraft, that's also very popular. Starcraft II has no support for LAN so don't bother.

Halo: CE was a major lan game in my book, forgot it really now since no one plays it anymore
