Which graphic card is the best for gaming?

Powercolor HD5550 1GB DDR3 128bit DVI/HDM or Inno3d GT220 1GB DDR2 128bit DVI/HDMI?

with

Processor: intel core i3 2100
memory: 4gb ddr3

[pre100n99]

I'm not sure if anyone is good for gaming.
Both of them are old and not very much more efficient than HD 2000 included in core i3 2100.

If you think about a quite good and not expensive graphic card should think about GF 450GTS or R 5750.
