    Holy-War

I'm not sure if any of you have heard of this game or would even care to play it.

This is basically a game where you choose from 3 religions and then set out to conquer other players in this game. You increase your stats and buy armor and weapons to improve your chances of a victory. Then you simply set out and find other players to attack. You can also be attacked so it is a good idea to improve your defenses(at your residence).

I can't give everyone a full in-depth analysis of the game, but I can say if you like classic online stategy/rpg games, then definitely give this a try. There is no live action, so sorry to those gamers.

And yes that is a referal(recruiting) link. You get some bonuses if you recruit people so why would I not post my link here? Just cut of the 'advertiser' part if you for some reason don't want to give me credit.

Yes, it is browser based. Works in IE and Firefox from what I've tested.

Also, a few more notes. You get to set a custom avatar(180x180, amazing), and there is a few other customizable things for your profile. Also, you can have Holy Wars that are on a much larger scale than you basic attacks, so you get better rewards for a victory. There is also the creation of Orders(like Guilds or Clans). Of course for both the Wars and Orders you must be over lvl 10(10+ for War and 15+ for Order)(any level can join an Order).

The game is still somewhat new from what I've gathered. The highest level I beleive is 11 or 12 maybe. I will say it takes a while to level after 4, so you will need to play a good bit to get to a higher level.

Also, this game runs a lot of things in real time. One way to make money at the start is to 'plunder'. This is basically like raiding or attacking small camps to gain money and experience. You can choose how long you would like to plunder(in increments of 10). You can do this for up to 60 minutes(120 if you are a premium user). So if you pick 10 minutes, then you must wait 10 minutes in real life.

Also, you can work for money, but the pay is very poor until you get to a decent level. If you choose to work for 8 hours, you must wait 8 real hours. This kind of sucks, but is a good thing to do at night before you go to bed. You're character will work for 8 hours and you don't need the game up to do so.

I don't agree with those kinds of games =( They promote religious wars! I think there's enough insanity regarding religion - we don't need a religious-war-based game to make us all go crazy.

    Re: Holy-War

You must not agree with many games then... Grand Theft Auto promotes violence and crime, right?

It is just a game and isn't promoting anything, ok? Just because the game is centered around religious wars(a historic and still current occurence), I am not going to go out and kill muselums(sorry for spelling). It is just a game. I don't jack peoples cars and sell drugs because I played grand theft auto. There is nothing wrong with games unless you take them the wrong way.

There are much worse things than video games that create real world problems.
