Yes they are all free. extract the fon'ts into c:/Windows/Fonts

Ya click enlgish on the top left of the site, i just found http://www.highfonts.com/
don't know if its good or not.
I like the background a bit but it must be from a tutorial because I have seen backgrounds like these in a lot of signatures.
for a beginner i give it a 7/10
work on the font a little bit, look for high res. stocks it would also look sweet if you brushed the part of his jacket that is flying in the wind.
