I am no designer, though I wish I was...but then...according to your sites I would personally not even change them I like the templates for all 3 sites that you have and see nothing wrong with it...

http://rmga-uk.co.cc/ is just great I like the background/template a lot....
and for http://rmga.weebly.com/index.html I would not change a thing there either...

Here is what I think...what the template is like...does not determine if your site, is "nice" ...in my opinion the content you have makes a site nice or GREAT...and well, with the content you have on all your 3 sites, the sites are NOT bad...I like them,

not sure if you got a wordpress webdesigner...but I would not even concentrate on them ...just concentrate on your site content...that is what makes visitors come and stay.
