o i didnt make it but i made similar ones...that one was made by my friend and i made a duplicate to test my skills with his. its very simple. ^^,
reflection is very simple with fireworks.. just modify image -> flip horrizontal and edit the colors a little
hardest part is to make the original car picture to that bluish type...you can use conver to alpha method but its harder that way...lol
you may know what im talking about or you may not...but fireworks users should know this
