Places to by unique designs?

I've been out of the forum world for quite a while, i'm just wondering does anybody know a place where you can buy unique webdesigns, like a designer posts it on a forum or something, similiar to sitepoint.com

Well for a unique webdesign i whould suggest using Artisteer 2 instead of buying some Template on the net.
Why? It got Many Features is Userfriednly and the normal Home editon cost just 50 bucks, you can make really awesome Templates with it ;) (And in 80% of the Cases is whould say these templates look better then all others)
