M a newbee in web designing and m havin sm issues with my website not covering the entire width while in 1200x resoltion altho it luks gud at 1080x resolution..please tell me how to autofit a web page in any screen resolution

Yeah look up one of those.
Fluids are simpler to implement but elastics are more dynamic.
