hi i have designed my first logo.....check it out at http://meshedup.co.cc
As you can see i made my logo transparent......but still the logo doesn't match the background as the edges can be seen....
Any help -how can i match my logo with the header?
I have photoshop 7.0

You should save logo with a transparency while saving in any of the two format will work below:
