Lots of content, well organised... do like that top menu behaviour though less wild about the current font, it looks a little to thin to my tired old eyes. [though it could be my new monitor]

Graphics: header_top.jpg is a good effort but needs to be 'crisper' remember it is the first thing visitors will see. Try grabbing a copy of 'the gimp' [free image editor] and re-doing it ..that might help, failing that pop over to 'worth1000.com' and start a competition to create the company logo.
