I don't like this one as much as your others. But it's still very well done you have lots of talent. 9/10

yeah phill is right your older one is better

minievan it is actually a couple filters then some brushing.

I duplicated the render a couple times merged the render layers then went to filter > brush strokes > spatter then filter > brush strokes > crosshatch

but the brushes that I use can be found at deviantart
