Well, I Made it and it's royalty free, when i get my gfx site up, i will be giving out free non-sliced templates such as this one, as well as sigs, renders, and other stuff. (It will include .jpg & .psd)

Thats unsliced? how did you do that? I messed aroung with slicing but dont know much about it yet.

made the c4d with tons of blending, but i agree very simple

@Krakah: just mess around with square brushes + pencil
the pencil tool, is the best tool in all of adobe (in my opinion)
you can make great vectoerish brushes with it, as to making templates, its very simple, just make a whole website (Width=600-700px; Height=800-1250px) slicing is simple, just cut it in places like the header, nav menu, content, expandable boxes, etc..
for an idea, look at clantemplates.com grab up a template n look at 'index.html' and just mess with your code to look like a modified version of that, or just bust out notepad and code it yourself (what i do)
