You can cerate your own web design. All you need is to find on youtube video tutorial and software like Adobe Creative Suite CS 4 or Adobe Creative Suite CS it's easy to desighn Flash sites.

I living in Croatia. Our neighbours are :Italia, Slovenia,Austria,
Chehoslovakia,Slovakia,Polska,Hungary,
Serbia,Bosnia,Montenegro.Many countries with theirs history.
Maybe you are founder of new international movemant ?
I am interested in this.
You thinking that is flash better for xml formating .
SVG have some good predisposition.
In flash have to many load this.
