Fisrt id say i like color but the text on the last one looks more gel like.

The first one looks the most gel like to me.

first one is the best, because of how its made, compared to like the 4th and stuff. it looks better in blue too

but i would get rid of the shadow on the blue one, its not the same color as the text itself and makes it look kinda wierd.
