My failure as a GFX Designer

I was playin with photoshop last night. I think in order to make somethin really good (for me at least) you need a couple hrs and a good tutorial, lol. I keep tryin though.

Yeah it takes time to get good with layers and such. Good brushes are always good to have too.

^ I must disagree, brushing is whored. All you need is the X brush and maple leaf brush. Use them to smudge backgrounds etc. If you want a tut on it I can give links or make one

Ehh, I wouldn't say whored. I would actually want to see a little more movement in the whole sig.

Colors not too bad, might be a little too green up at top left corner, but nothing big since this was your first. Impressive job as a first. Text effects not too bad either.

I remember my first time using PS. I was like.. man f* this, how do I resize my render..

I think you're on a really good start. Just try out a couple tutorials that show you different ways of using tools in photoshop and you'll be rolling on in no time.

oh and for how it looks. Its pretty good for your first time 4.5/10.
1. too large, try 360x100-120
2. background too plain
3. needs a border or a larger one, try 1-2 px
4. text is ok, but a tad too small
