That would likely have some legal issues, as you can not use their images and such without violating their copyright.

Nothings impossible. But if you can learn enough to clone well protected themes, it won't be much trouble creating even better ones. Copying was the beginning of my web experience, and I realized later that creating something on your own is something different, and obviously, better!
But I hate copyright laws though!
