I dont suggest sliced graphic templates. I build a wireframe in dreamweaver and then create the graphics. You are then able to reuse graphics, and you can be sure that it will load faster. There are also less graphics.

I did both http://cafepress.com/skinstees and http://thesims2extreme.com that way.

I'm going to be point blank, because I believe constructive criticism is a good way to build:
It's less than mediocre. The color scheme is awful, the graphics are poor, the font is less-than-desirable, and the layout is too clumsy. It's a good effort, however. My overall rating: 1/10.
