Again, like your other design, not great. I would stay away from graphic designs for now. Try to get good with HTML and CSS and you'll be making great designs in no time.

this layout is definatly better then your other one, the banner sucks and the nav buttons, dont use bevel/emboss.......everything below that is fine.
