Chaotic, yes, but you used brushes. Remember the top things not to do:
Pixel Stretching, unless for a web layout that doesnt look well alone.
Brushing, its just a no-no.
Forgetting to use patterns.
Top things to do:
Use overlaying layers.
Smudge and edit.
