I don't really like the colors, but it's a pretty good design, nevertheless. I'd give it a 8/10.

Was the cross-hatching/diagonal-lines on top of the picture supposed to darken the picture intentionally? It's a good idea, but it takes away from the brilliance of the bright colors, and the 'flame' in the bottom right hand corner.

Nevertheless, I especially like the job you've done on blending the female character in the colorful background!!
