If there is any way that I can preview my site
like, before I put everything on the page, you know?
Before everybody sees my site, if I put something on there that I don't like
It would be nice to be able to preview it, decide I don't like it
then delete it, so it doesn't become public right away
And no one can see the awful mistake.

You can make your site password protected untill your site is done. Or make a temp index page and work on your site in another folder.
