Do you see flashing?

I made this image based off of a recent illusion I saw online. It didn't work at all, but the basic concept was good, so I made this one recently, and it works for 90% of people, as long as you have good color resolution. It should be "flashing":

EDITED IMAGE: Should be pulsing, at the very least.

Its only flashing on the parts of your peripheral vision, not the part you're looking directly at. And its more of a pulse to me, maybe its not working for me.

IDK...not working for me...but it shakes a little when i scroll though.

It is not flashing....It is an illusion, if you try to look closely, you will feel it flashing.

Nope all I see is the Tone you put on it :P ie the hatching

No flashing here, kinda see a pulse though. I know my monitor has great color resolution.
