Hmm, I'd have to say it feels a touch discombobulated (i love that word), with the mix of 90 degree and rounded corners. One or the other I say, and being a professional site, you want to project the best possible image forward. One of confusion or incompletion creates a disconcerting impression.

5/10 - Colors are good

8/10 looks nice. Maybe add some type of texture to the background instead of a solid color
