New webdesign

I'm working on a new webdesign but i'm stuck, I need to add some text/image in to the green box and maybe a good font for a slogan, company name.
I also need some ideas for the content, how the structure should be.

Please comment my design too!!

I'm going to sell when finished.

I agree that the green does clash: it may distract readers from the main content of the page. Consider a different color or just dropping the green to a deeper shade (such as a dark, leafy green).

I love the smooth flow though; very eye-appealing.

As far as what to add, I would even consider leaving the space more open for the buyer. For example, next to the logo, you could put WEBSITE TITLE in large text, and below (or next to or wherever) you could put COMPANY SLOGAN. Just show where you envision information going; you can use placeholders instead of examples.

Overall, I enjoy it a lot. Keep us informed on the final product ^.^

Cleanest and most effective site I've seen here. You should try using a left panel navigation center, and the right panel for content. You can optimize that for SEO and you should be okay ;)
