it is a motion tweening

btw satheesh, you should use 'swfobject' when you embed your flash, it get rids of problems in IE. I use FF, so no worries for me.

This can be done in AS2 aswell as AS3. Also, you should have changed the quality of the blur to high instead of keeping it at low.
