Not Bad. But i think it's a bit too simple. Try adding more colors ;).

your image looks cool but there can be a few changes if I may say. The image on top (mast) you can make the wind effect a little with a glow of white like not fade it to the back ground.
The title bar (under mast) looks too big, too wide actually. Maybe make it a little smaller or remove the image and just leave the text (like site maps).
The content area looks ok ... with images and text it should fill in nicely. I like sites with black themes.
