How will I verify? I probably won't. Not really in my job description.
Its the simple fact that you can't provide any proof that its a legal plug-in / add-on.
We do not allow copyright material or warez on the hosting accounts or the forums.
If you can provide a license or legal statement that shows the item is allowed to be distributed freely, then you are welcome to share it with the forum. Otherwise, it has to be removed.

Thats enough right there for me to remove it. It was shared through torrents. Torrents are known to offer and share copyright / commercial software and files.
Again, I am sorry. If you can provide ownership of the file, or license information that states its allowed to be shared, you can post it.
