how to create forums on website

hiii guyss can u please help me to create forums on my website .i want to create forums so that others can request software and other application downloads from my site i will just provide them valid links to downloads i will be veryy pleased if u help me out

1) Goto cPanel at http://yoursite.com:2082
2) Open Fantastico De Luxe
3) Click on SMF or phpBB. It should be obvious.
4) Configure and Install
5) Go to your website, and voila!
