    At least you made the frames look not-stupid but I suggest PHP includes or DIV layers.

    I like the general look and feel. Just fix those links, and maybe shorten the height a bit?

    i dunno, the link buttons are kind of weird looking with dark edges and all. Maybe like, invert the colors on the navigation? I really like the header! 7/10
