But really...iframes are crap these days. Search engines hate them, and they are always a hassle. Why not use PHP Includes & DIV overflows

nice find, and iframes are good if you want to include something like background music. just place the music on the main page and it will play though out, it wont load over and over again every time you click on a link.

i really like the script, its simple yet i have over looked it b4, thanks a lot, it will help me a lot
