Much better rez pic this time. you did the eye coloring cleaner this time too. But your still rushing the process and not changing enough of the pic.

What program are you using? PS, PSP, Gimp? I'd suggest doing a few tutorials on manipulation and effects as you have potential but have to learn a few tricks ;) keep going you'll Pick it up really fast.

Heres Just a quick idea of what could be done. Now its not anywhere near finished as this is just a quick mock-up but it should give you some ideas. ;)

I think you should try to find an old beat up b/w picture to do photo retouching; cuz with these pictures it just seems to be giving it a certain effect;

but on this one to me I think you lost some of the detail with the eyebrows and eyelashes; it just got too dark to see them and the blended together.
