Is the glowing lines too much or should I kepp them?

I think it would look better without the glowing lines but you should put something else in instead, not sure what though...

Centralising always looks a bit noobish IMHO - try left justifying and then running a slightly darker band through the lettering.

On the right of the JAGF, you could try leaving a space and then adding non-sensical symbols to even out the width with the test below.

Perhaps you should get rid off the glowing lines and 'pimp' up the text...

Nice work, keep the lines, it'd look plain without it. But try adding an effect to the text, or changing the font if needs be.

I already changed it to
