    Help using FTP

    It's been a while since I first uploaded my site. Could someone remind me of the steps I need to take to update my site using the Filezilla FTP client.

    what do I put for "username", "host" etc...

    username: your username for your hosting account
    host: ftp.<yourwebsite-address-here-without-http://>

    I havent used ftp in ages either, why dont you just use cpanel filemanager and upload a zip of your website, then you can extract it.

    By the way I think youve posted this in the wrong section.

    host: ftp://<yoursubdomain>.<yourdomain>
    login: id to login to control panel
    password: same as your control panel.

    You can also create new ftp id in control panel
