dreamweaver problem

i am trying to change my website in dreamweaver but dreamweaver is not opening whenever i click at dreamweaver it shows it logo and then closed i try to uninstall and again install but the problem is still same can any one tell me how can i start me dreamweaver i m using 8 version

What OS do you have?

If you have vista, right click on dreamweaver, then run as administrator. That should make it so it runs.

Thats very weird. Have you tried reinstalling the OS, or running it from another user account. Or as tpounds said, try running it as administrator.

If all fails, you could always use the C-Panel HTML editor, its not bad for a web based application.

no the problem is not viruses, unless your antivirus is blocking it.., however, if running as admin doesnt help, try downloading a more advanced/different version...

If you're on Vista, Dreamweaver 8 has been known to have conflicts with certain components of Office, specifically Groove. I uninstalled it, and now mine works fine.

Dont try to hard.. Get another copy of Dreamweaver from somewhere...
Can even use an older version
