Which Design?

I'm pretty sure I have Design ADD or something... lol

Just finished a design yesterday. Did another re-design again. :x :dunno:

I like the original personally, the redesign has to many stripes going on for my liking. BTW, your links in your post don't work.

me too, I prefer the original one, it's neater and has a beautifully united composition, which doesn't distract you from the context.

I also prefer the original. After 2 seconds, I had already made up my mind. It's difficult to explain why, but the original just seem to be more coherant.

I've updated the redesign to get rid of the stripes, I've heard from a friend of mine that it made the design too busy. :x

Don't know if that effects YOUR opinions or not.. but w/e

I also picked the original however the only thing(s) I'm not so sure about on it are where you're navigation links are that the black and white stripes go slightly over the words themselves and the reflection at the bottom.

Out of the two designs though, definitely the original for me but it's your site at the end of the day and it's for you to decide which one works best for you.

The original is better, it looks more "next gen" (well "now gen" now...).

I think that the new one has alot more potential than the first one. The original seems a little too cramped and too small. The second one however looks like it could have more content and overall less cramped. If you went with the second one I would try to make it a little more glossy with highlihgts on some of the bars and the use of glows. Also I would like other users have said, tone down the vertical stripes, I would either make them larger/different color or both. But all in all, not too bad.

you have the reflection, i think you really missed that one, its really hard to tell that it is a reflection
the stripes add too much confusion
also the colors annoyed me, teal and black?
