I can always say that I've seen worse. Mainly because I've done worse. ;)
However, I do believe for today's audience, it may be a bit too Web 1.0'ish.

Having taken my stab at it I will confess that I have no idea about the specifics (target audience, client expectations, function of the site, etc.)

1) that's not sentence. "people are too critic" is a fragment, consider revising. "people are too critical" would be the proper way.

2) we aren't critical, you're probably just not as experienced as the rest of us.


Now for the review:

The design is ok, but it lacks structure, and it looks to me like there isn't any scheme for the color. The header is multicolored, and everything else seems thrown around on it. Just my ideas.
