x10Hosting Site crashing frequently

Alright, so I have an account on x10hosting.com, however it crashes quite frequently. I do not know why, I am well under my bandwidth, it just gives me a 404 error, and I usually have to wait about 20 mins for it to work again. Anyone else have this problem or is it just me?

Seems like this problem is heading directly to cPanel...and indirectly to the free users of x10hosting....crap..I recently hoted my site in x10 now I get the feeling that I needd to move my site..but honestly I though I spent very hort time I liked x10hosting

Maybe its just their main site that is crashing. I still see my site up and running.

But, I cannot access via ftp though.
