Hello, new here. I'm using the free hosting, for the moment.

I'm wondering, can I host my themes for winamp and blackbox on it? They're typically around 20k each. The TOS says not to host files, unless they're part of a business' downloads, or part of the website or something.

Will I have my account yanked if I offer some small downloads of my own making?

My interpretation of the TOS is that this should be fine because they are your own work/copyright, if downloading them is directly to do with the purpose of your site.

I'm not staff here though, so someone may wish to correct me if they believe I've got this wrong. (surely not, I'm never wrong! ;) )

Hosting your themes on your x10Hosting account is not breaching the Terms of Service as long as there are pages on your website relating to WinAMP and Blackbox themes, and the themes you are offering for download are 100% your own work.

Remember to read the News and Announcements frequently, and log into the forums at least every two weeks so you won't get suspended for inactivity.
