does X10 free hosting allow business site?

I'm in a early stage of starting a small business, looking for cheap start, wondering x10 allow a business site on their free hosting plan. the ToS doesn't mention that. please someone clarify it for me. thanks.

you can have a business site on a free account, but you can not do hosting on free accounts basically web/image/file hosting or file mirroring type of business would be breaking the ToS
