im new to this kind of thing, can someone tell me what will i do when my account is still pending?, its almost 5 hours of waiting.. but its still pending.. i want to send support ticket, but i dont know where.. can someone help me??

account creation takes roughly 24 - 36 hours, and on top of that with the heavy load on the server it may take longer. If you account is not created within 36 hours, open a support ticket.

There's an increased number of new users signing up lately and there's a system update going on at the same time cosing many new registrations to be delayed. This is necessary because otherwise server would experience overloads.

A few hour delay is completely normal to but if your account isn't created within 24-36 hours, feel free to post a support request letting us know that your account hasn't been created after 24-36 hours, and a staff member will investigate the issue as soon as possible.
