How to set up my database in x10hosting

Hi!
I'd like to know how can I set up my database in x10hosting.
I was able to use the cPanel in uploading my file, but I don't know how can I set up my database to interact with the pages I uploaded :s

In your Cpanel you will find MYSQL Database section in which you can create DB user and create DB.

Do you mean in the folders? I tried searching from the folders but I don't have MYSQL folder.
I tried checking the icons as well, but I can't find it :s
May I know from which part of cPanel can I find it?

At lower part ,it also incudes phpmyadmin.

Thanks for the help. I found the phpmyadmin/mysql.
Can I make another question? I was able to create the database.
My question is, how would I input the tablenames/fieldnames?
Should it be through the php code? Or is there a way to insert it through the phpmyadmin.

I am getting a little bit frustrated.
I tried accessing the phpmyadmin several times.
I have waited for more than four hours for phpmyadmin to open for me to load my database, but no luck.
Please help!!!!!!!!!!
