First of All welcome to x10Hosting.

1. Go to co.cc and point your domain to x10hosting Name servers

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

other free domains are http://www.dot.tk and cz.cc

2. Hosting account creation can take up to 48 hours.

3. You can install forum software in cPanel after hosting account creation. I will recommend MYBB

k well if your lucky it could be prosses within minutes, if not then check back in a couple hours or next day. Thats what i would do.

For co.cc you go to thier site, register nd then u click set up domain from their site nd use the nameservers options , in the two fields enter

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

then u eithr use account panel and make Yourdomain.co.cc your main domain or, you park the domain with cpanel. Try the first tho if u dont want to do that then ill help with the second. Also after u get the co.cc it can take up 2 two days to get evrything to work properly however if you are really lucky it can happen in minutes.

For a Forums I strongly recomend SMF. I can personaly install it for you to save you the trouble however. If you know a bit of what you are doing, go to cpanel, go to eithr FANTASTICO or SOFTALICOUS and go to the forums section and take your pick, I really do recomend SMF tho

Hi welcome to x10hosting.You can setup your co.cc domain in cpanel and in co.cc domain management add ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com as DNS servers.
http://dot.tk provides top level domains free.
If you want to set up forum than you can install it manually or using softalicious or fantastico.PhpBB or SMF can be good choice as forum software, alternatively if you have money then you can go with vBulletin.
Account setup takes time if there are too many requests.It may take upto 48hrs.
