can send but cannot receive mail

Hi...does anyone can help me to configure my outlook 2003 with x10 hosting..I can only send but cannot receive from any mail server...I followed the settings and test the account everything looks fine but the inbox is empty...appreciate if anyone can help..

First u need to create an e-mail account before u can send mail. Create one in cPanel on the domain u like.

After that login to http://yoursite.com:2095/ where yoursite.com is ur main domain. Login with the e-mail account u created, example, mail@yoursite.com with the password u have chosen. At the main screen select configure mail client and follow the instructions.

thanks for the help...sorry forgot to mentioned that I'm configuring the account in Outlook 2003..I have the account and I tested in Outlook it works fine but the inbox is empty...and when I check the control panel all mail was there...does the x10 supports outlook 2003 or 2007? Thank you.

I dont quite know if x10 supports Outlook. I have used Mozilla Thunderbird with manual configuration and it works pretty fine. If Outlook doesnt work for u then try this one.

One update: X10 uses POP3/IMAP and SMTP for mail. So it should work on ANY client. I think u need to check your configurations.
