    When you signed on they gave you a cpanel address. That is where you start. The cpanel is the navigation pane to control your website. You put the html files in the public folder (There is a little guide once you log in there to help you get started). I'm new to this too, and had some trouble finding the cpanel the first time.
    Make sure you log into the forum at least once a month or your website account will suspend automatically.
