Can you help?
Softaculous will do it for you. Just go to cpanel and down to Software/Services and click on Softaculous. You can then simply install WordPress from there![]()

If you want to install it manually (something I'd recommend over automated installs), wordpress themselves has a good guide: http://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress
You'll need to create and assign a user to database first though, you can see how to do that at: http://x10hosting.com/wiki/How_to_Cr...abase_and_User

In order to help you: can you give an indication of the kind of problem you have?
I think that Softaculous will be a good choice if you are a newby. You can find it in the software section of your cPanel. In Softaculous expand the blogs part and select WordPress, then select the Install tab and fill in the fields with the Site Name, Admin Username and password. Then press install.
